Janine is thrilled to share artwork with you and ensure it arrives at your doorstep safely. Please review the shipping policy for important information about delivery times and worldwide shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed by Janine with a personal touch, please allow up to 2-5 days of processing time to prepare the order for shipping. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
If experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified by email of any significant delays.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping (5-10 business days): $4.00 Flat Rate
International Shipping
Janine ships worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and the weight of the package.

Standard shipping (10-21 business days): Costs Vary by destination and weight.

Order Tracking
I do not offer order tracking at this time to keep shipping costs low. All sticker and art print orders are shipped by letter mail through Canada Post.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Janine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

While Janine strives to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays. Lost Order?

Return/Refund Policy
Please note Janine is unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged from shipping, please take a photo of the damaged package and art and contact us as soon as possible. Please include order number and a brief explanation, and we will arrange alternatives.
